We combine state-of-the-art equipment, skilled craftsmanship, and decades of industry expertise to deliver high-quality fabrication solutions tailored to your needs. Our fully equipped workshop is designed to handle complex projects with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Profiling Capabilities
Laser Cutting
Cutting bed of 12 x 3m and can process Mild steel, Carbon steel up to 40mm, Stainless steel up to 50mm, Aluminium up to 30mm. With a repositioning speed of 80m/min.
Plasma Cutting
Cut stainless and carbon steels up to 35mm thick, with a tolerance of ±1mm or less, depending on material thickness. Oxy fuel cutting options are available up to 300mm thick.
Rolling
CNC rolling facility which can produce rolled products from minimum internal diameter of 500mm and upwards in plate widths of 3m maximum.The facility can roll plate of up to 35mm thick.
Bending
Up to 16mm thick plate in lengths of up to 13m. Minimum bend radius of 8mm can be achieved.
